FedEx Ship Center

So I ordered a bunch of stuff from new egg, and two things came but they were shipped by UPS. The rest was by fed ex and they said they came but i didn`t get anything. The time they said came I was home, and I have a super loud doorbell so either they didn`t ring it or they knock like babies. Even if they did come and I wasn`t here, they didn`t put a note on my door. Now I have to go all the way to the facility and get my 3 packages which aren`t light. I hope I never have to use fed ex again.

This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life with FEDEX. This was my first dealings with this particular facility and they SUCK!!!

The address was wrong on the shipping label by one number and they wouldn't let me change it because I would have to pay for each package to change the address!! However, if I had the shipping company call and correct the address then they would change the address. So I then had the shipping company call and correct the address and FEDEX still delivered the packages to the wrong address. Then, having to do the leg work myself of trying to locate the packages and having whoever they delivered the package to state that they never received said packages.

So I called the shipping company and they resent my order, of course, without fixing the damn shipping address after reminding them to do so. Therefore, going through the above same issue all over again; however, this time we called Saturday to have the packages held at FEDEX location and we would pick them up on Monday. I went on Monday and FEDEX stated that the packages were on the truck to be delivered and that this would be there first attempt at delivering. (whoever, we spoke to never wrote any notes stating that we wanted the packages held.) I then let them know that no one was home and when the driver returned with the packages could the packages be held here and I would pick them up!!! "Yes", she said, "of Course."

Let's keep in mind that the location of this particular FEDEX is behind all the industrial buildings and it is hard to locate.

I called today to see if the packages were held and they tell me that the packages were ALL sent back to the shipper because they supposedly tried delivering the packages 4 times!!! (TO WHO???)

THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS AS THEY WERE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR THE KIDS!!!

I spoke to them at 6pm today on Xmas eve and they said that my package was on truck for delivery as of 4:30am. They said it would be guarantee delivery by 8pm. It is 7:30pm and now I call and they said the driver left a note in there system saying he would attempt to deliver Monday due to the holiday!!! This is unexceptable!!! This is a little girls Xmas gift and I paid for the the guaranteed shipping on Xmas eve. This driver should be fired!!!!!!!!!! How do they do that!! And it's not even 8pm yet!! There supose to deliver to 8pm. I hate fedex. Hope they go bankrupt!!!!

Horrible! They never deliver. They lie and say no one was home. Kept my package at their location. Lost it when I called to locate it. Than told me they were sending it back. People pay for delivery that never gets delivered. Totally disgusted with their services. They deff should shut down and open a UPS instead.

FEDEX NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN! This is the worst delivery service I have ever received. They never ever leave a darn door tag and never even try knocking! Give it up FEDEX. Your service is horrible.
