- Terrible #188441

Extremely busy when I went, with only one employee dealing with shipping. Once it was my time, the employee helping me was distracted and not helpful. I finally Handed the package over and 3 days later the packaged was returned with no explanation. After some investigation on my part I was informed that I was not given or even informed about the proper paperwork to fill out for international shipping. A horrible experience!

Painless. Called on the phone to make sure my shipping needs could be met that day. Went in, took care of what I needed to and the staff was very friendly. This is the second time I come to this location and both times I received excellent service! thank you guys!!
