They just don't care about their customers. Last time I was there, there were 4 of them behind the counters chatting; I was behind the counter and it took them 10 minutes (it was so unreal that I looked at my watch to chrono them) to ask me "Do you need help?". They are just lucky that there is no other similar service in Hoboken.

The staff is never friendly! They always make you wait and are so slow for the quickest pickup.
Very rude to patrons with no sense of urgency or help.

Do not, I repeat, do not have a package delivered here to be picked up. There's an excellent chance your package will be sent back or just disappear into some black hole. They don't look too interested in helping you anyway so why make them do any more work than they have to? Only stop by if you need some of their overpriced office supplies or copies.
