So far its taking me 9 days and 15 Service Agents to retrieved a package Fedex claimed they delivered to me and call the Shipper 11xs that they found n will send back the package. Had Agents say my phone was busy, I wasn't home, door locked, no info were to return the package, left a VM, etc..Huh..Day 10 package still in Fedex. CORPORATE SHOULD BE READING THESE POST AND MAKE CHANGES ASAP!

They dont't even deserve the one star!!!! Waited all day for my package. Watched out the window for hours literally because the buzzer system in my building was disconnected (new system was in the process of being put in). Watched forh ours and hours knowing there was a good chance the driver would be a d**k and guess what, I was right. At 7:00pm on a Saturday, I refreshed the tracking information to see "delivery exception: customer not available". I could not believe this was happening. I saw the Fedex driver barrel down my street, never stopped, period. Called customer service and talked to an idiot who kept telling me they only attempt one delivery per day (regardless of the fact that NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED AT ALL). Now I have to wait 2 to 3 days, and hope the driver has the decency to actually deliver it. BEWARE (I HATE FEDEX!!!!!!)

The worst shipping ever. They said they came 4 times. Never receive door tag and was at home all the time waiting for my package. The driver never show up. I need to drive 40 min to pick up a package that was suppose to come to my door. Very disappointed!!!

I end up having to pick up my package on their warehouse which were heavy only because they left a form that is not properly filled out, incomplete information.. . when i called to track my package, the recording said it will be delivered, when i called customer service and talk to a person I was informed no attempt will be made and i have to pick up the package.. . what kind of service is this?? horrible experience..looking at the other complaints, clearly this is a system problem and should be fixed!!! never had this problem with UPS..

Garbage. use UPS. Terrible customer support and package was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address. Was told a request was put to still have my package re delivered today. ( Lie ) Online support terrible too, I was told I would get a phone call within 2 hours which never came. Honestly terrible company. Finally got in touch with someone on the phone and she was useless as well.
Bottom line, terrible company with terribly incompetent bottom of the barrel employees.
