Farmers Pizza Grill

Me and my boyfriend picked up a Farmers Pizza flier and was interested in going to this location. We didn't even want to go to this location ...we were were going to go to the one on 111 and Farmers...anyway we got there an ordered two regular cheese slices...he ate half slice in the store....I was still waiting for mine...he was so disgusted with the pizza that he threw it away!! He warned me not to buy it...instead I still did..worst mistake ever!!! I started to eat the pizza in the car and threw up right away!! PLEASE ...I suggest if you stop at this Farmers Pizza on 117 and Farmers..just keep driving!!

Don't ever lose your mind and place an order at this "restaurant". I ordered over the phone for delivery twice, never received my meal either times. Over 3 hours after I placed the order they were still telling me it's on the way. It was another pain in the ass to get my money refunded to my credit card. STAY AWAY!!!

When I ordered my Pizza I waited over an hour until I called them to see where it was, the guy answers and speaks in the most disrespectful tone to me! The Pizza took another half hour to arrive, on top of that the Pizza was modest and it was expensive so I felt cheated and I could've ordered from another place and got a better Pizza for less Money! In the long run DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE!!!

On April 29 (my fourth time ordering from this restaurant), I ordered a Steak Burrito and a Cheeseburger. Instead of Steak, I got Beef in the burrito. No big deal, I am not one to complain, and the burger was good... Now, on June 15, at 3:25pm (my 5th time ordering from this establishment), I ordered a Chicken Parmesan Entree and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks... I get an email stating it will be there between 4:10-4:20.. I get another notification at 4:05 stating that the order is "on the way and should be delivered by Jeff between 4:10-4:20" (which still agreed with the initial proposed time). Now I am excited, and ready to eat! Until I get a phone call at 4:14pm, expecting to hear that they are outside, only to be told that they are out of chicken parm. So I calmly ask why I was not notified sooner so that I could switch my order to something else and receive my food in a timely manner. The response is a crude "I just got here". Nothing more, no apology. So I ask for him to cancel my order and refund the money. He says okay, and hangs up... About and hour later, I realize I have not received confirmation that the money will be refunded to my credit card. So I call the establishment again. The man, in a tone that not only is unapologetic, but offensive, tells me that I must cancel the order online, because I placed the order online. I ask to speak to a manager, he tells me he is the manager, and confirms he is the same man I spoke to earlier. So I ask why he did not inform me of the policy in which I must cancel online the first time I called and asked him to cancel the order and he told me he will cancel it. At this point, he blatantly lies, claims he never said that, and tells me to have a "wonderful day". At this point he hangs up the phone, burning any last bridges he may have had. In total, I have spent about $83.88 just within the past few months on this restaurant, and I will now be sure never to waste another penny on an establishment that is run with such a lack of professionalism and care for the customer. Before entering my current career, I worked in the food industry for years, and have never seen such behavior nor disregard for the client!

I have to give it a star so I can make a review. Horrible food. I made an online order (big mistake). Pizza was cold, tasted bad and it took 2hrs to come. Never again. Next time I'll stick to my hot and ready little ceasars. At $6 a pie you get what you pay for.
