My father had cataract surgery for both eyes from Dr. Fang (two separate procedures) and both were very successful. He is a long time diabetic patient over 35 years with history of kidney and pancreas transplant surgery and many other complications. My father previously consulted with a few other ophathalmologists but he did not know he could have an option of surgery until he met Dr. Fang. She kindly explained all the medications, procedures, and questions in detail. We had no problem to reach her on the phone anytime during office hour. We went to her office @ 160 3rd Ave between 15th and 16th Street. Waiting time no more than 15 minutes, easy to make the appointments, and great service overall.
