Family Pharmacy

Worst service ever. There is a pharmacist names Alla working at the pharmacy. I went in for my refill and they would not process it even though it was due. Since they processed and billed my insurance days after I picked up my prescription. I even had my insurance get on the phone with her and they tried to help her fix the claim so that my refill can be processed and still get reimbursed for the services and her response was " I am not doing anything she will have to wait " There are serveral girls working the register and they all have the biggest attitude and chip on their shoulder. I transfered my presciptions else where and I will never go back. I heard from several people after the fact that they do the same thing. Bottom line is that they have shady business practices from billing to making customers pay for drugs even though they have recieved payments from insurance companies to being just rude and uncaring. I even filed a claim with the BBB regarding them and I will take it further and contact the city as well. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
