This guy is an old pain in the neck. He is nasty and not helpful at all. He makes fun of his customers when they leave the store and I won't go back there.

tthis store has ben given me defective equipment such as air mattress which deflated completely and i was laying on springs for over a month is severe pain, then puts cheap foam overlay which boiled my skin.
they have given me the wrong size hospital be 98 inches long and i am suppose to have an 80 inch hospital bed- to date he has not giving me the 80 inch bed- , which is not meeting my needs, the nattress is sliding all over cause it wrong bed-size
or months this has been going on. he has not servied my oxygen equipment either where i had empty back ups, no new tubing,, so bad that during a black out iad to have EMS.,
he ignores calls- always out, at meetings, lunch,,,
i i now have mattress where i am 28 inches from floor, i have to put pillows between mattress and wall as now all my things are falling on the side of the mattress wrong size.
and bed main issue because it is so long - its 98 inches long when the bed should be 80 inches long the mattress is an issue too but with wrong bed size any mattress winds up at bottom bed.

the mattress is at the bottom of the bed and not at the top of the bed as it should be because bed so long the mattress slides down.. i cant put the bed in sitting position, ,i am in a lot of pain as the equipment is wrong. the bed is inappropriate and does not meet my need.
my condtion is worsening as i do not have proper equipment- improper be isd not 80 inches, ,,causing too much stress
my medical staff calling, pator,,, etc and tey do not t care. it affecting my health,. it several months and involving medicare.
ii do not recommend this store to any one- as your needs are not met and the does not care.

I spent several hours trying to straighten out a problem with Medicare. After many phone calls I was told this supplier needed only to make a phone call to get approval, but it is too much trouble for them. They refused to go a little out of their way. This is NOT the type of establishment I want to do business with. YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER.
