DR. TIMOTHY ROBINSON IS THE COOLEST, PHILOSOPHICALLY AND MEDICALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR I KNOW. HE IS VERY CONSCIENCIOUS AND VERY CARING FOR YOUR HEALTH NEEDS AND IS ONE TO STAND OUT FROM THE REST BECAUSE HE'S VERY REAL FORTHRIGHT AND MOST VERY LOTAL AND PROFESSIONAL. IM VERY HAPPY AS WELL WITH HIM RESIDING CLOSE TO HOME.

Dr. Robinson and his PA staff are great. The front desk personnel I have no comments!!!!
Annmarie PA is the best!!!!

Dr. Robinson is great, knows his stuff and knows how to treat people.
His office staff on the other hand.
The have very limited people and office skills.
The total attitude is that of, I don't care about you or what ever you are here for. Not good at all in the medical world.

The most inexperienced office staff people who dont want to speak / provide good customer service. The entire staff needs to be let go. Doctor and PAs are great but I am considering changing since the office is not responsive at all. I would recommend new patients to not go here only because of the staff. They dont reply messages, dont answer phones, put you on hold and then just chat away. If you want to get your blood work, you will have to take anotehr day off and visit the office in person.

While the office leaves much to be desired the medical staff is very polite and professional with great bed side manners. You will wait a while when you go, but they're trying to give each patient as much time as they need and don't like to rush people out the door. This can be good and bad and that, along with the condition of the office (its old and in sore need of an update) are the reasons I took a star away from the rating. If you can put up with the wait you'll get personalized service and never feel like a number. My whole family goes, and we can go anywhere. That's about the best endorsement I can give.
