Sia is a very good electrolysis. She does a good job. It is relatively easy to get an appointment when needed.

Feline Day Spa is a UWS gem. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is congenial. I look forward to my weekly visits.

I have been going here for my normal routine bikini wax. I went today, and was informed that I would be charged $14. I was irritated and the lady proceeded to explain why during the entire wax. Finally when it was over, I went to the front desk and was met with another rude explanation and the way it was handled as so unprofessional and in front of everyone. I will not be going back after this terrible service.

I love Feline Salon and have loved it for all the multiple visits I've had...until...I was set up with the wrong facial technician to do a facial on me in my last visit last month. THIS IS A WARNING that these facials and other skin treatments that Feline offers are quite expensive (one hour only that includes just a mini facial and another skin treatment runs over $200!). Therefore, if you're going to pay THAT MUCH for a one hour of service, it's only worth if the service provided is amazing... which normally it is for this salon...except for some of the workers who should not be working there and throwing out client's hard earned money. You decide if you would want to spend OVER $200 for one hour of services that in that one hour, the lady left the room multiple times without letting you know why...and the owner of Feline Salon cannot rebuke this by saying that the esthetician leaves you because you have a mask on...first of all, the mask was over when she left me laying there for 15min out of my 60min of time. And second of all, we, the reviwers, are not stupid as you have implied in other bad reviews given with the SAME complains as mine. We know when we need to wait when there's a mask on our faces (unlike what you might like to think that we are the ones without experience in high-end spas, the ones who complain are actually the clients who HAVE been to high end spa salons and KNOW BETTER so we are actually knowledgeable enought to complain). So the advice is don't just go with 'anyone' as the salon suggests... but with people that come highly recommended! If you want a really great facial, then pick the right person...I'd highly recommend DOROTA. She's amazing!

After having my upper lip and eyebrows burned from waxing for the past 8 years, I have finally found the solution! Not only did I switch to 'threading,' but I found Lana! She's a true professional and always takes as much time as needed to complete a great job ( never rushes to get you out of the door for the next client!) You can fully trust her to shape your brows according to what you prefer as opposed to others that insist they know what you need :) Her threading is fast and doesn't hurt like waxing- she's the absolute best. I would never go anywhere else.
