This office is no longer fairlawn women's health it is now called valley medical group and I have to say they are doing a great job. News flash to people who like to complain try sitting in that staffs shoes for a while I've been in that office as a patient and seen how immature some patients that come in that office act. They are so needy and act like they are the only patient . Understand you are visiting an OBGYN office where pregnant women go to be seen try and understand that if a doctor runs into an emergency with that pregnant patient they have to give her the proper care. 90% of the time you go to a doctors office they are not on time. It's ridiculous the amount of people that go In To be seen during their lunch time and want to rush the staff

After many years as a satisfied patient, I called the office to inform them that a medication I rely on is no longer being manufactured. I left messages for my doctor, Dr. Beloff, and her colleague, Dr. Dolgin, who had originally prescribed the med, asking them to suggest an equivalent. The answer I got was, "Ask your pharmacist." I've been their patient for a very long time, and they were handing me off to a pharmacy? This big practice does not own a single copy of the "Physicians Desk Reference" book or the "Pill Book?" Anyway, I followed their advice. The pharmacist gave me the name of an equivalent medication, saying I'd need a doctor's prescription. TWO WEEKS ago I requested the prescription from Fair Lawn, spelling the name and describing how it's administered. I also asked if I should continue taking a separate presciption med I'd been using all these years in tandem with the now discontinued one. I repeatedly called the office leaving messages. "Samantha" kept saying she'd call me back. Once she said "The doctor isn't always here." It's been TWO WEEKS. I've seen the doctor within recent months, my condition has not changed, all I need is a prescription for the equivalent med. Lack of the med is causing me embarassment. Not having it destroyed a holiday weekend with family, and now I'm facing a short vacation in a few days that I will need to cancel because of these doctors' lack of concern for a long-time patient. Thank god I'm not thinking about having a baby! Stay away from this place even if it means driving farther to a different medical practice.

- Very Good #48718
As of 5/7/14 this office is a very pleasant place to be. The woman at the desk was very friendly -- more so than in most Dr. offices. The waiting room was empty, I was called in about 5 minutes, by a very friendly person who weighed me and saw me to the Dr.'s room. I saw the Dr. less than 10 minutes after that. I haven't seen any other Drs. at this group, but I found Dr. Mitzner not very good at relating to patients (at least me (I'm a senior), and her exam perfunctory. She explained nothing, no scapula -- because I didn't need a pap smear, but, with no conversation, at all, she gave a a quick "feel up", and I was out the door. Not very reassuring. Try another Dr.

I have been going to Dr. Mitzner and Dr. Beloff for several years. I've never once had a good experience where I left with answers to questions that I had. The office staff are extremely rud, don't want to be bothered, and I'm constantly put on hold for long periods of time. I've waited between 30-45 min. for every appt I've had in ADDITION to the 15-20 min. of wait time in the actual room. The doctor walks in and out in all of 5 minutes TOPS and doesn't really care to listen to you or answer questions.

I recently changed jobs and wasn't covered under insurance yet. I went to Dr. Mitzner for a simple test to be done, which had been done in the past, and received a bill from the insurance company for over $2000!!!! They had billed me for over 15 different tests that I never asked for OR authorized. Not only will I be fighting this outrageous bill, but I'm going back through other bills to see if they've charged for these tests in the past just to get more money from the insurance company.

It takes over a week to get any test results back and I always feel like I have to do the staff's job for them. Whether it's having to remember what tests were done or checking on perscriptions that need to be called into my pharmacy. I honestly don't know how this office is still in business with the amount of bad reviews they receive.

Needless to say that I will never be back and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I started going to this practice becasue the doctor of my choice was practicing here. My doctor, Kimberly Fallon, is great. She's very attentive and is happy to see me whenever I need. There's also a nurse practicioner that I see each visit.

My complaint about the practice is the staff. When you call you will be hold for an extended amount of time and the receptionists are quick to put you on hold prematurely.

The nursing staff is fine and have been friendly at each visit. I recomend the medical staff but not the staff you encounter for appointments and sign in.
