Worst experience of my life!! My original dentist who I loved, ended his practice so all his clients, including me, were transfered to this place.
I went there once to have my annual cleaning, had them check my insurance and then had a consultation about extracting my impacted wisdom teeth. Besides talking about my tooth extraction, which lasted a couple of minutes, I was taken aside and had a 30 minute sales pitch of all this cosmetic stuff that they thought was 'important' for me to get.
After my cleaning and before my scheduled extraction I got a bill from them for $450 for the cleaning and consultation. When I inquired why I was being charged so much, they told me it was because they thought they accepted my insurance but they were wrong!! These people are ridiculous. They lied about accepting my insurance and were ready to put me in the hole for thousands of dollars just to make some money.
This place is just in business to get your money, they don't give a rats butt about you. They'll try to up-sell anything to you, regardless if it is good or needed. As long as they can sell it and charge someone for it, they're on it.
This place sucks! If you want a dentist that will know your name and care about your well being, this is not the place for you. This place is only good for selling you crap that you don't need and sucking your money out of your wallet as fast as they can. STAY AWAY!!
