I booked an appointment for a general cleaning on January 15th for February 16th. I was just called today February 15 and explained that my appointment had to be cancelled and that there wasn't another appointment in the time slot i requested until March 17th. I understand that appoiintments must be cancelled at some times, but there was little or no attempt to accomodate me or book me another appointment in a reasonable amount of time.
