Picked up my recycling and left the clearly marked blue recycling bin for paper behind, nice job.. Picked up the plastic and decided to take the equally well marked recycling bin with them. Brand new $33 bin, left a voicemail mid afternoon on Thursday, have not heard back. Just found my recycling bin 7 houses down the street. I hope the City of Summit will not renew their contract.
