Made appointment with senior OD had to postpone it for two weeks same date and time and was not told even after I arrived that appt was with junior OD who was anxious and unimpressive.

Misinformed about how to proceed with DMV test

Pressured to do a contact lens exam which I refused

I will not return

My visit to Eye Q was completely pleasurable! Dr. Crane & The Staff are Professional, Prompt, Personable and Practically Perfect in Every Way! Seriously, a best-case scenario, top marks all around. I plan to come back.

Great experiece. Dr. Crane is the best. Everybody else is very professional and nice. I am gonna get my new glasses tomorrow and I also saw that they have wonderful sun glasses
