Super happy we decided to put our 2 kids in martial arts at this school. They go above and beyond what we would expect in any business. There is a family environment, the Instructors are phenomenal with the kids, Sophie the front desk lady is so pleasant and always helpful and tries to accommodate us. We look forward to staying here for a long time.

I was skeptical at first but am so happy I decided to start with their fitness program. So far I have lost 14lbs. The best part is that we have weekly evaluations so we are able to see where we are at and receive great advice on what we can do to lose weight. We have a lot of fun and the workouts are always different. Love it here.

Super happy with the new fitness classes they just got started. I found out about them through a friend who has been following their program for 3 months and has already lost 22lbs. So far I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. The classes are fun, and we never know what we are going to get.

Just started my son after purchasing a trial membership. We love it, so much better than the other 2 schools in the area that we tried out.

What can I say! we have been with Team Extreme for a while now and even though there are other schools much closer to my home we wouldn't go anywhere else. Looking forward to getting my younger daughter started as soon as she turns 4.
