This is my first time using a storage space and Mr. Stockman, the manage, made my experience super easy and fast. I got the exact space I asked for during my internet search. He walked me through the steps from beginning to end and made sure my possessions were taken care of. I recommend Extra Storage Space to all first time users.

Very helpful nice people, storage units in good condition, good security so no worries on your belongings going missing with great prices I highly recommend storing with them.

Overall good facility, but upon moving out, I was told that I am all set, and I still got charged for another month 3 days later. When asking if I can get a receipt for moving out, I was told they don't do receipts. Upon calling them, they said they will void and refund the transaction, but still very frustrating as it's my time wasted.
