When we first arrived, we just left our bags and headed to dinner, so didn't get a good look at the room, but from what we saw, it seemed fine. When we returned from dinner and were settling in, I noticed ant crawling all over the kitchen area counter. Then I noticed the same in the bathroom.
The front desk offered to spray the next day which was a day too late. Needless to say neither of us slept well. We were glad to leave the next morning.

This hotel is decent, although I noticed a number of little problems in my room, such as drawers that I had to put back together. Also, the bed could definitely be softer.
Regarding the surrounding area, there are a number of other hotels nearby as well as an outlet mall and a couple of casual restaurants. Also very close to the Newark airport

It was great room were clean. Staff were very nice and easy access to airport

Stay was nice and clean. The women named Briana or Brianna last night was so nice and chippy. Me and my boyfriend came from out in the cold and she made us smile with her little joke. Affordable room. Plus i over heard This Hotel is Pet Friendly!! I love it!! Definately will be back soon :)

The staff was polite.
Rooms were clean.
The shuttle ran smoothly, and a lot safer than the other shuttles.
Cheaply priced rooms that are most convenient to transportation to the airport.
They also have washers and dryers! No hotel I've stayed is more accommodating.
Over all, a fantastic experience.
