- Terrible #98204

The service is terrible and cant get your medicine when you need it . The customer service people don't know what there doing and then they have you on the phone for 45 . Then they want you to call in for a prescription .when you do then they tell you the doctor has to submit the paperwork again because they mess up . Then you will be another 30 day without medicine and it has to be a better way . Maybe we need people with more experience in working with computer and medicine.

great service! they are very helpful and get your prescriptions ready in about 5 minutes...not like the big chains like cvs that tell you to come back in a half an hour!
