Expedite Construction

I contacted Expedite Construction for a quote. The guy who answered the phone seemed like he was at a children's playground because I could hear kids screaming in the background. Since we could not hear each other well, he said he would call me back in a half hour.

I never got a call back. Then I decided to google the address.......and it turns out Expedite Construction's address is an apartment inside Dexter House, a residential hotel on West 86 Street between West End Avenue & Riverside Drive.

I decided to find a roofing company with a genuine brick and mortar storefront and a genuine office staff. Be careful out there!

I called Expedite because of a "bleeding" wall problem that has been pestering me for a year. After a friend recommended them to me, I called them and scheduled an evaluation of our home walls. They examined it, after a few days returned to fix it and it has been a few months now, I never had a problem anymore. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended to all who needs to have something repaired in their home.

They provide me the warrenty certificate for the work and the good thing is that they provide maintainance for roof at no cost for whole year. I called to schedule a repair on a leaky roof. We set a time; no one showed. I called back and scheduled another time; no one showed - or called. I called a third time, explained that I was miffed about the two no-shows and scheduled a third time. Guess what? No show. They may do great roofing work, but they need serious work on their customer service.
