During my consultation for wisdom teeth extraction I really appreciated Dr.Singla's directness and felt comfortable with him immediately.
My surgery was scheduled for 2 weeks after the consultation. I called 2 days before the surgery to get information about my co-pay and was told the pre- estimate paperwork hadn't been sent off yet for approval from the insurance company. When I talked to the insurance company I had already been billed for the consultation and was told the paperwork is done electronically so there's really no reason it should take 2 weeks to submit the paperwork for the actual procedure. Its been about 4 weeks since my consultation & I still haven't had the surgery...
