Excel Urgent Care

We decided to bring my son here to have his nurses elbow treated, usually we go to ER and wait on average 2 hrs, this has occurred several times and we knew exactly what it was. The doctor took us in right away and to my surprise he popped it back in before my son even knew what was happening!! In our past experience at the ER I think all of the drama surrounding us makes it seem worse for my son, this environment is much more peaceful and calm. They treated him before I even had a chance to complete all the paperwork since they knew he was in pain.

A great alternative for non life threatening events.

I went there for the first time this summer, and ever since that visit I have been there many times after!! The customer service is great and I always feel so comfortable with whoever is taking care of me. They always remember me by name and they are very helpful, they figured out what was wrong with me when the hospital couldn't diagnose me!! And if there is an issue they will call you immediately to go back there and get the treatment necessary! And they always call to make sure you are doing okay after your visit!! I haven't gone to a regular doctors' office since I started using the urgent care, they always have familiar faces in there and they can do all sorts of tests that you cannot receive at a doctors office.

Great customer service!! My daughter fell off her hover board late Sunday afternoon. We had her at the urgent care by 3:30PM. They did full exam and xray, and we were done by 4PM. Thank God everything came back normal. Doctor was super friendly and concerned about my daughter's well being. Great staff too. They even called me a few days later to see how she was doing. I'm so happy they're in Oldbridge now. Thank you Medexcel!

The staff is friendly and it was quick. I liked the way they handle patients.

Doctor is great and has a hilarious sense of humor. Don't get let your ego get in the way. Staff is kind and very good. Extremely impressed. Felt like a nyc doctors visit. Also has X-ray and blood work on site.
