I went yesterday after a first good experience with Dr Veloso. I asked for her but she wasn't there. Instead, Patel was on schedule. I was supposed to travel today and that was the only reason why I wasted $50.00 of copay with them. The first thing she did yesterday when open the door, wasn't say hello and introduce herself, I thought that was a bad beginning, instead she said "what do you have today". At that point, I thought this is not going to be good, but I didn't have any other choice, I have paid already, and I'm sick enough to see a doctor, but that was very rude and unprofessional of her part.

Yesterday one of the symptoms that was affecting me the most was the coughing, I actually asked her if she could please prescribed me a coughing syrup (I think the relief is better and faster with the syrup ) she said that the antibiotic would help me with that. A couple of hours later I called her back to the office, I was feeling miserable with the cough, she said "I was treating your symptoms, and the antibiotics should help you with the cough" ONE OF MY SYMPTOMS WAS THE COUGHING! Right now is 2:19am and I'm not feeling a little bit better. The coughing is just impossible for me to handle it.

Thanks for taking my time and money for nothing!

I went in this morning feeling awful. From the top of my head to the bottom of my feet! Everyone from the reception desk to the physician that attended me was very welcoming, professional, courteous, and the way I was feeling (most importantly) FAST!! The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes! I was home, taking the medication that was prescribed to me (that I picked up from the pharmacy), all within an hour. I am a stickler for great customer/patient service and Excel definitely has just that!

When I first went to Excel I liked my experience. I came in with bronchitis and conjunctivitis. They examined me, and gave me some presciptions. I had the scripts filled and the bronchitis went away. That was excellent. The conjunctivitis was a different story. At first the eye drops I was given worked fairly well but increasingly drops irritated my eyes more and more until I could barely keep them open after using the drops. I call excel and they told me to come back in, fair enough. When I get there though, I am charged the full fee once again. That's BULLSHIT. The only reason I had to come a second time is because they failed to treat my eyes successfully the first time. This would be like if you take your car to a mechanic, pay him to get two repairs, later find that one of his two repairs was faulty and when you return he charges you the repair fee a second time. One would rightly see such a practice as outrageous, but that is effectively the policy that is in place at this facility. I defy anyone reading this post to name another industry where the provider can make more money by producing worse results. Essentiallly they doubled their profit, because their initial treatment didn't work.
I'm not angry that there was a problem with the medication, I get that bad things happen sometimes, it's irritating, but I understand. What is inexcusable is an intentional business practice whereby they make more money for poor results, that's not accidental, that business practice is intentional and abusive to consumers.

I have been feeling very weak in my muscles and very tired and dizzy. I could not feel my right foot. I have a cough since March 31st although I think this is unrelated to the other symptoms. I was told there is nothing the Excel doctor could do for me. I pleaded with her to please at least run blood work since my regular doctor does not do bloodwork within his office and it's hard for me to make it to lab Corp so I am looking for a new primary care physician but she said I had to do blood work with who every I follow up with. So it was a complete waste of my time. And I am still very weak, dizzy, tired, etc.

Best experience ever! I came in with a terrible cough and I was seen within 10 minutes of waiting. (This is very fast compared to other urgent care offices where I've waited for 45 minutes - minimum!) The doctor and the staff were extremely friendly and very caring! Exactly what a person needs when they are sick! Then they even called to follow up with me 2 days later to see if I am feeling better. I absolutely will be going here whenever I am in need of urgent care! I've been recommending everyone I know to this location ♡♡♡♡
