Excel Termite & Pest Control

Unfortunately I didn't even leave the parking area before I got honked at and insulted by I guess it was the front desk girl. I had planned on dropping someone off for the bus and going in to speak to them about a potential bug problem... but the owner seems to have to deal with a serious attitude problem in his company.. not good for business infact its the worst..

Now I completely understand if they own that parking lot area and I may have broken a rule, however I feel that being outright rude to someone who WAS a potential customer and has no prior knowledge about the parking arrangements isn't good business practice.

I would like to personally apologize to the person for taking up their space but I will not be doing business with Excel
