If i could give this company ZERO stars I would.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

My brand new bagel oven (over $20k) did not work right EVER and they did nothing to help fix it. They refused my calls and emails and even the secretary was in on making excuses for why I could not reach the owner or get answers.

My small family run business continues to suffer because of their horrible business practices and lousy customer service. (if any!) My kids depend on my living. This jerk has put my reputable bagel business in jeopardy and he doesn't care.

I hope FRANK MAURO and Betsy have trouble sleeping at night for being the worst business CHEATS and LIARS ever. I know I have lost lots of money and sleep over this situation.

To do this to a small family business is OUTRAGE.

WORST BUSINESS EVER.
