I had a falling tree in my backyard. Even though we waited a while for our insurance to come through for us, once they did, we contacted Carlos. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Carlos and his guys. They were prompt, and timely. I was afraid the big tree would give them trouble, but Carlos reassured me that everything would go just fine. They were able to remove the tree and grind the stump. The price was right and the service was great! No complaints here!

I was a little annoyed with this company. I called for service, we had an appt setup so they could help get my trees pruned at 8am. I got a call at 7:30 telling me they were running late and they'd be there at 8:30. I get another call at 8:15 telling me, they won't be there till 9. At this point I was thinking of just calling another company. They finally got to my house at 9:15 and what can I say --they really did a nice job. My trees look beautiful, not only did they do all of the trimming and pruning, they also cleaned everything up. They turned a bad experience into a good one...
