Clean/modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast should be complimentary like everywhere else. While clean, some things looked damage

Very nice modern rooms very spacious separate kitchen computer desk living area and a large bedroom. Cleanroom courteous staff pretty much anything you ever need

Blood stains on sheets, the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, and very poor Maintainence. It's a nice hotel but it's too run down to be called four stars.

Everything was pretty great except the shower, which was small, had no courtain and had low water pressure for a shower. Bug other than that, the stay was really wonderful and the rooms are worth the price.

Traveled on vacation with my fiancé from Colorado. The hotel was less expensive to stay in than most hotels we looked at.

Pros:
Quiet and safe feeling location.
Short walk to China Town, little Italy, World Trade Center site, and Statue of Liberty boat tours.
Very close to a subway stop which wasn't as hard to ride as we expected...

Con:
My fiancé was disappointed in the air-conditioning but when I asked if he'd rather pay $50 more dollars a night for better air-conditioning, he said no, lol. So this is why Eurostars get 5 stars instead of 4.

We'd stay there again.
