I did a lot of research on the European Wax Centers for a pretty long time before I finally decided to give it a go. Well here's my experience booking an appointment online was easy and I booked my appointment with Nadia, let me tell you besides getting half off of your brazilian wax which is great Nadia was amazing. She's a sweetheart and very professional, she explained the whole process step by step and did and awesome job on my brazilian. I have been getting brazilians for quite some time now and my experience at the EWC made this brazilian wax by far the best. I am nice and smooth, no hairs left and most importantly minimal pain. If you are thinking twice about the EWC for a brazilian, bikini or what ever you may need I say go for it. They are a bit pricey but it's so worth it, and again if you are unsure of who you should book your appointment with I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NADIA.

My first visit at EWC was at this location and let me say execellent customer service. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Kassandra (Front Desk Associate) checked me in quickly and got me all started to meet with Paulina. Paulina is very sweet and knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable. We chatted throughout the entire service. They informed me of their first guest promotion as well as their wax packages that I'll be getting. Very clean facility too. Will go again for a second time at this location.

Very happy with the overall experience. The gal at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The technician was all of the same as well, and also very gentle. Scheduling an appt for same day was super quick and easy and done online. I love the products they use including the serum I took home. I will be going back and recommending as this is an excellent place for waxing!
