Horrible experience, BE CAREFUL with their HIDDEN B.S. FEES, ALL cars seem to be a good deal until they add on their b.s. fees which is about $2,500, so a car that was about 30k now its costing you 32.5k with their "fees", thats a way to get you through the door.
So I chose a car but i told them that the car had too many scratches and the owner's son promised me the world saying that they would get the scratches out and that they detail and Compound the car and all the scratches would go away, so we went ahead and agreed on a price even though was higher than I was planning to spend without knowing about these stupid bs fees, the owner's son made me drive 45 min round trip to the bank for a check so he could save $150, and when it was time for the car to be delivered (about 4 hours later), car was the exact same way and even worse than the way It was when i got there, they used those cheap 5 dollars pen that you buy at AutoZone and try to do touch ups and it looks AWFUL!!!
Would never go back!

I had the pleasure to meet sales man Ernest. He was very professional and was able to answer any questions we had with ease and confidence. He also knew his inventory by memory which made things very easy to narrow down with what we were looking for. He was very honest and I would def. go back to purchase a car. Alex the finance man was very pleasant and tried everything in his power to make the sell. My boyfriend and I would def. recommend this dealership.

Extremely rude management, the second they realize you're not buying the most expensive car on the lot they treat you like trash. I should have walked out of this place but I figured I was doing one of the salesmen a favor by buying it through him (Known associate of mine). We then had to drive all the way to the Fort Lee area, where we did the financial paperwork (Only after everything was said and done, did I see the 1 hour of paper work cost me $800!?) my horrible experience here has made me much more careful for future car purchases. Was also suckered into the "additional warranty" that didn't cover anything that ever went wrong with the car anyway. Shame on them, and shame on me.

Also, blown away at the fact that the previous owners legal paperwork (With all of their personal information) was in the glove box. How do you not check the glove box for things like that?

I went with my son on june 3,2016 to buy a car and we have a good experience,instead we buy only one car we get out with 2 cars one for me and one for my son,we happy with the car,they treat us really friendly and fair deal,,also staff are nice, Ernest was our sale person is great seller,have a lot karisma and try to help you on all you car request thans so much,nancy also great person, a+ and find good deal on finance apr ,also thanks to the manager and Zac thanks all of you ..

I purchased my very first Mercedes Benz from this dealership on Saturday. I drove from NY after setting up an appointment over the phone. All of the employees were friendly, and I had the pleasure of working with Earnest. Wonderful experience! He was thorough, and explained all of my options. My financing was approved at a rate of 3.99!!! After working with the finance person Nancy, I left with the vehicle I wanted; a 2013 GLK 350 :)
