If you are in need of repairs on your vehicle this is the place to go for sure! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have been taking my car to ETD for a while now and I am always more than happy with the level of service I get there. Having your car worked on can be very stressful. Great experience! Speedy reply on my request for a quote, plus a follow up note directly from the staff. Kind and friendly in waiting room PLUS a little education on why it is best to place new tires on the rear of the car rather than the front. This demonstrates to me that they care about what they are doing and who they are doing the work for.

The service writer's Ray,Tom,Joed and the General Manager Dave all will jump through hoops to make sure the customer's leaves very satisfied with the services performed on their vehicles.
There was a mix up with the tires for my vehicle from the warehouse.
It turns out the warehouse sent the wrong size tires. The General Manager Dave got into his personal vehicle and picked up the tires for my vehicle.
The service technicians in the shop do the repairs and services the right way the first time.

I have to say a special thanks to their wheel alignment technician Omar.
The wheel alignment on my vehicle was so far out specifications and Omar worked very hard to get the alignment back into specifications.

This is the reason why I gave ETD in Lyndhurst 5 star's.
The outstanding customer service will have any customer coming back.

On Thursday February 18, 2016. I visited ETD to be greeted by the warm welcome from the customer
service staff, specially Tom Kennedy. Tom immediately wrote up my order and after a short time give me an overview of findings in my vehicle and estimate. I been coming to ETD for years (probably ten or so) never had any issues and always receive the same customer service and caring through the years.All the cars in my house get service at ETD. I always recommend my friends and family to go there. Thank you Tom and the staff at ETD for keeping our vehicles running smooth always. Also like to thank Dennis for the helping hand.
