ETD Discount Tire Centers

When my battery light was flashing this past week, it was a no-brainer for me to bring my car right away to ETD in Clifton. I really hate to "crash" a service schedule but Nick Gingerelli refused to send me away with a possible alternator issue. I only had to wait about 45 minutes and, sure enough, my alternator was deemed "shot". Nick made a phone call, had a part within an hour, and had it installed. Within about 20 minutes of the part being installed, I was on my way! This wasn't the first time that I've been to ETD and, rest assured, it will not be my last. Well done, Nick!

So getting your car serviced is never a fun experience. I have to say that I have never had a more positive, professional experience than i did today. Nick, Frank and everyone i delt with were fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of service....A+.

They are honest, competent, and charges were reasonable. Frank Rizzo is a very nice guy.

Nick Gingerelli and his spectacular team at ETD went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down on the Jersey Turnpike! I was driving to Boston from Virginia with car packed to the hilt for temporary move, when at the halfway mark, I pulled over to get gas on the Turnpike and my car wouldn't start up again. The gas station attendants were upset that I was blocking a pump and asked me to push my car out of the way. They had over-flowed my tank and when I pushed my car I slipped in the puddle of gas cutting my knee. Needless to say it was not the best day. AAA thankfully got me off the Pike and said he'd bring me somewhere good taking me to ETD Discount Tires. I got there at 4:40pm sure that they would tell me they were closing. They all just sort of jumped in with the attitude of "Let's do this!" One of the mechanics even volunteered to stay late. Nick, the manager, was amazing! After they knew what part I needed he actually called all over to see who could get it there the fastest. No one complained about this last minute walk-in, in fact every single person there was happy to help me, like they were personally invested in doing the best job possible for me! Miraculously, I was back on my way in under an hour!!! This was pretty crucial since I was starting a new job in the morning and would have hated to arrive a day late! Besides the service, and the people, the place was immaculately clean with great attention to detail--coffee and magazines even meticulously arranged! Clearly this place takes a lot of pride in their work, and they should because they are the best I've ever encountered! Thanks Nick and everyone else who really came through for me that day!

Super happy! Needed new tires on my truck and they took care of me. Great guys, super helpful. I waited for them to do the job and was surprised how fast it was. They even matched the prices I got from a different place.
