worst service ever.do not ship with estes . new jersey to florida been more than 2 weeks my shipment has not been delivered yet and they told me in the beginning amazon doesnt except delivery and now they are telling that it is mis loading ..

Awful. Avoid it if you can. Delivery was delayed and no one called (our window was 8AM-1PM). When I called at 1 they said the driver had not shown up there until 12. I asked why no one had called about the delay. They said they don't have anyone available to make those kind of calls.
Driver was surly, nasty. One of the cartons was opened and we noted it on the bill of laden in case parts were later missing. He did not like that. When leaving he drove over our garden.
I called the loca off ice and they referred it to the main office. No one contacted me. Guess the 'drive over the garden' culture trickles down from the top.

LATE, INACCURATE, IMPOLITE!!!! DO NOT USE ESTES!!!!

LOST MY PALLET - didn't even let me know or apologize. Phone rep gave me an attitude like I'm supposed to thank them for finding what THEY LOST!

Phone Reps keep transferring me to others in the middle of helping and don't bother to pass the PRO#.

Tracking inaccurate - tells me shipment already arrived in terminal or is on the truck when it isn't.

There is a town ordinance for noise for a reason! They need to be more mindful of their neighbors.
