The office appears clean and the Doctor knowledgeable However the staff is rude and very unaware of there job duties. The wait is horrendous and when asked how much longer after waiting to hours I was told buy the male receptionist that that is there policy to wait and everyone i see sitting is waiting. That is NOT a suitable resonspon, even more so because several people had came prior to our arrival and scheduled appointment. I mad to practically beg for a estimated time of when he would be next to go in for once again the scheduled procedure. I also asked for a copy of there 4 hour wait policy and was given a paper in SPANISH. I was clearly speaking English!! when asked for the policy in english i was brushed off. I Would NOT recommend this office and if it was not for the fact the visit was for some one i brang in I would have left
