Great place to live. For the price you can't beat it. I beg to differ that management is not responding. I would write letters directly to the office in NY and advise the management agent about the dog.

horrible place to live apartment is drafty so much noise in the neighborhood no pets allowed yet the woman next door has a dog management does nothing for the noise not supposed to hang out in front of buildings yet tenants are always hanging out in front of apartments with there loud rude children awful place to live no ball playing yet people are playing ball being loud all the time management does nothing water at times turned off without notice

As per the Lease, pets are not allowed. There is a dog in Apt: 52, which is causing problems to the neighbors and making lot of noise.

Management office is not taking any action and day by day management is getting worst and lousy.
