Service was great, everyone was nice especially the hair dresser who did my daughter's hair. Wendy rocked my hair, and Juana is so sweet. Gracias ladies!

I have been doing my heart at Esmeralda's Hair styling over 6 years and I can not complain at all . I thanks Esmeralda for keeping my hair healthy and pretty all the time
They usually work with the best products in the market, they are politely, work fast, and as always they do an excellent work. Thanks girls...................... I love it.

I went in today to have my hairs dyed. After speaking with the owner and listening to her BOAST about her 20 plus years of experience I made an error in judgement and assumed she and her employees knew what they were doing. After the took me to the back and I explained clearly that this was going to be my first time dying my hair, I showed them a picture that conveyed EXACTLY what I was looking for. The woman the proceeded to tell me she could replicate rougly that same look. After and hour and a half of dying foils etc I was placed before a mirror to see the end result. I could only describe it as an OMFG experience. First of all the overall color was supposed to be brown with golden BROWN highlights....tell me why it was CARAMEL with ORANGE ORANGE highlights mind you I walked in with dark brown hair. After freaking out the girl told me she could bring the highlights down to brown,,,,,no such luck. The owner came in a freaked out on her she told me she could fix it ONCE AGAIN no such luck.....now I have to say for a first time it WAS HORRIBLE. Keep in mind there was another girl who was going to get her hair dyed by these clowns and the whole time (and this was after the damage had been done) I was wondering what made her think what they did made her look good.
Now after I walked out of the salon I took my girls to the store to buy some products and tell me why women were second and third time looking at me because my hair looks so effed up!!!! I now have to go to another salon a friend of mine recommended and see if they can fix these idiots screw up and make my hair look like it belongs on my head. If I could give this place a rating less than zero let me reassure you I would. Please try to find a salon that has better experience than these goof offs or at least do yourself the favor of going somewhere with actual years of experience.

I called and asked if they did Brazillian waxing and they told me yes. I've gotten waxed before, and it has never been this painful. The lady doing it then told me she only has ever done bikini only! And they charged me extra! Never again.
