Enzo's Pizzeria & Italian

there aren't enough stars in the world to describe the Sicilian pizza here..gotta go early (like 12-12:30pm) when they're just coming out of the oven. Or you can reheat on 'keep warm' mode at home at the highest temp for about 10 min. On the level of Giordano's from Chicago..perfect crispy crust, fresh mozzarella- tantamount to a deep dish slice..most franchises put soy and all sorts of conditioners and preservatives to their crust, cheese and sauce. Other small independent locations will make the sauce out of a can which can give you severe acid indigestion. At Enzo's, the sauce is made from locally grown fresh tomatoes and is all natural; guaranteed you won't have any negative reactions..It's hands down the greatest Sicilian in all of NYC; sad how underrated this place is.

The best pizza and strombolli rolls in the entire Brooklyn.

Enzo's is much better since the renovation 2+ years ago. The whole pizzeria is more inviting and more comfortable atmosphere. The portions for the entrees are huge and the old guy that runs the place>>Enzo? has always been very nice and attentive to me. I don't know what these other people are talking about, but I would recommend this pizzeria to anyone in the area and out... as I have in the past. :-)
