Absolute worse customer service which I never expected from a large and nationwide rental company like this. Had no options for me and basically said that's all I've got for you. Didn't try to accommodate or anything. I had a reservation through Allstate Insurance Company even though they were not co-operative at all even to make a phone call to find out if any other location have a car. They were insisting me to take the big van so they can make more money not only that they were more interested to sell me their insurance etc. When I told them I don't want the big van or their insurance you would have seen his face. I never had such a bad experience like this in my entire life before.

The crew at the Paramus Enterprise are terrific. They are always very helpful and courteous. They pick you up and get you on your way very quickly. No hassles. No problems. In and out. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

I received courteous and professional assistance from Sabrina at the Paramus location. They provided door to door service even though my dealer was right next door to their office. Sabrina took the time to inquire about the type of vehicle I normally drive so she could give me something comparable to rent. This was unexpected and very much appreciated by me! The level of care I was shown was refreshing and helped ease the frustration of having my vehicle in the body shop for weeks.
