Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was pleasantly surprised that I was treated like a rock star! I didn't spend top dollar on the rental but you would never know it by the treatment I received. Brenda M. showed me how to utilize the kiosk and then personally escorted me to the customer service area outside. From there, Esther A. offered me a water and escorted me to the area of where the rental car would be. A moment later, a newly washed car pulled into the parking spot. All employees were incredibly professional. Thanks again and because of your service, I will spend a couple more dollars on a car rental rather than the lowest priced one from a competitor.

When I arrived it was fast service and friendly. The agent upgraded us with a jeep wrangler for a very nice price. I always use enterprise rental wouldn't use any other. Me and my fiance had a wonderful time in the new York and Poconos mtn area. Can't till my next vacation

I recently rented from Enterprise at the Newark Airport. My experience was one of a kind! I thought when I was at the desk renting the car, it must be that I just got lucky with this clerk. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and generally cared about my business. It didn't end there. The person taking me to my car was also very nice and helpful. And to my disbelief it didn't end when I brought the car back days later. The young lady checking me back in was very polite and again genuinely cared that I had a good experience. I travel a lot and have NEVER experienced this type of CUSTOMER SERVICE before. I also had never rented from Enterprise. They are now my go to Rental Car provider . This decision was easy, after all who doesn't like to be treated like your business means something! GREAT JOB Enterprise!

Great experience from all of the reps! Very smooth and easy from the rental process at the airport counter to picking up the car. Super friendly and professional staff. Offered a car upgrade for free, which turned out to be quite enjoyable to drive during our entire stay. The return was even easier and quick! We were cutting it close to our boarding time but were able to easily follow the signs which led right into the drop off area and were in and out in no time. Will definitely use them every time we travel over any of the other rental agencies who get bad reviews for a reason.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff (each one personally introduced themselves). They also offered us a free car upgrade when they saw us struggling with two overtired kids, a stroller and three suitcases. :) After a really long journey, it was greatly appreciated. I also have to say that offering us free bottles of water for our ride was a small detail that was also super nice.
