Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was great but got charged an extra day... Employees told me that they changed by 24 hour period... Returned it on time but the other employees said that they charge by the day you rent it... And they said that they couldn't do nothing about it...

I had to amend my original review. I rented another vehicle from them and found the price and customer service second to none. I had to extend the rental a few times and each time I contacted them I was impressed with the professionalism and commitment to making sure that I was satisfied.

Due to my car getting repairs that required overnight work I was forced to rent a car last minute.

The price quoted, especially for last minute, was great.
The staff was friendly and professional and made sure I got a car that I wanted to drive and not just push any car on me.
They made sure that I had everything I needed.

The facilities were spotless and so was the car.
The car worked great and when I connected my phone via bluetooth it made for a comfortable ride.

I will surely rent from them in the future and encourage others to do the same

I rent there a lot. The people are thorough, efficient, friendly and professional and the cars are always clean.

Do not get a car from this place!!! They gave us a car with a dead battery and a keyless entry that doesn't work. They're not responding and their phone number isn't working. They're emailing us and telling us they cannot pick us up with a new car to replace this and cannot get the car in time for the event we came here for. We ended up having to pay for Uber!

Great, polite, friendly staff. They also offered us a ride to nearby bus stop. We would absolutely recommend this office.
