- Terrible #106701

I rented a car for one day. The enterprise guy forced me to take insurance which I declined. My mistake was I did not thoroughly inspect the car. When I returned the car the same guy who forced me to take insurance discovered a small dent for which he immediately filed a damage claim. The dent may or may not have been caused while I rented the car but this cost me $500 + the rental for a day. This is my worst experience in 20+ years of renting a car. Please be very careful while renting from this location and thoroughly inspect your vehicle by taking pics and videos before renting.

- Poor #106702

Gave car back on Sat. they charged for two weeks. They tricked me, but charged for an extra day. Awful service as well
