Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I'm a professional photographer and I've used enterprise at this location on several occasions. The staff is really friendly and professional and they are very responsive to your needs. I will continue to do business with them with no hesitation.

I made reservations a day in advance and they never gave me the suv at the time it was supposed to be picked up. I was supposed to get it at 7:30am. When I got there they said they didn't have the suv,. they said that I will be called at 12:00pm to go pick up the suv that it will be there and yet they never called so I called and they said that the suv will be there soon that they will call me as soon as it gets there. I waited again for their call but yet they never called and 2 1/2 hrs later I call back again and its 2:45pm and I'm still waiting this is so wrong! I'm so upset because they ruined my plans to go out with the family and messed up other reservations I had planned else where. Now I'm stuck still waiting for the suv.. FML 07/28/2016

Their car selection is very limited and their lie to me told me they reserve my car when i got their it was not their ect blah blah blah thats not good i had to travel in a car i hate so inconvenient i had to spend more money on gas bcuz the car was a jeep compass but its fine ill do my best to not rent a car again if i do it wont be with this company

excellent customer service! the only negative I did not like was as a first time car renter, the rep did not explain to me in detail what pre pay gas means. I got the car with 3/4 tank full, brought it back with still half a tank but still ended up paying for the full 3/4 tank even if I did not consume it all.

I have been renting at this location for over a year. The staff is amazing you never leave disappointed. Lauren is the best as she always finds a solution for me even when last minute. I commend the staff at the Belleville NJ location.
