The best enterprise I've ever been to and the staf is very friendly and very polite. The manager is very understanding and works with you no matter the situation but ill definitely be coming more often to rent cars . Keep good work great job :) ......I'm happy costumer

Waited over 20 minutes both times. They only have one person working the front desk. This is crazy.

Everytime I needed wheels Enterprise came through. The Service was excellent. The people were/are right on. Courteous and attentive to my needs. The car/vehicles that I rented were clean and in some cases new. I don't think any other car rental agency comes close. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. Thanks for your professionalism. Please let the folks at Enterprise in Pleasant Plains/ Tottenville know about my satisfaction with the service. Thanks!
