I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews on Yelp or even on Google. I purchased my 2016 SRX here and the entire experience was perfect. Whenever I've gone to car dealerships in the past it's always been hours worth of sitting, waiting, talking and negotiating, however not at Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. It was the least amount of time I've ever spent at a dealer to purchase/lease a new vehicle and it was by far the easiest. From start to finish it was a great experience, by far the best experience I've had at a dealership. I felt welcome there and the entire staff was courteous, polite and friendly. Evelyn made sure that I was in the vehicle and driving away as quickly as possible and she made sure that I was completely satisfied. I have already recommended Englewood Cliffs to people and I will continue to. Thank you for a memorable experience to the entire Englewood Cliffs staff, but especially to Rob and Evelyn!! I highly recommend giving them a chance to get you into your new Cadillac!

The dealership in Englewood Cliffs was kind of sketchy looking because they're currently undergoing construction. But they say, "Don't judge a book by it's cover." This was the first dealership I went to for the day, and I originally planned to visit 2 other dealerships, but the idea of that faded as soon as I met the salesperson who helped me: Amanda Capuano. She is the best salesperson I've ever met so far - friendly, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. She knows these cars like the back of her hand, as she was able to describe the functions and capabilities of the car I purchased with ease and much appreciated enthusiasm.

I leased a 2016 Cadillac SRX in red. Amanda mentioned that this was the only color available in red, as the other trims were either black and silver - so it felt like it was meant to be. What I loved about my experience at Englewood Cliffs Cadillac is they didn't treat you like just some customer - they treated you like family, like you belonged to the Cadillac family. Steve was one of the managers there at the time and the red SRX was so brand new, it didn't get PDI'ed yet. However, he was able to pull some strings and managed to get the pre-delivery inspection done so that I would be able to take it home. We were able to negotiate a price, which I am thankful for. At the end of the day, I was so happy with the purchase and very well comforted by the staff. I definitely would do business with them again and look forward to my ongoing relationship with this dealership. Thank you Steve and a big thank you to Amanda - if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be as happy and confident about my purchase the way I am today.

We purchased 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV (CPO) .. It was a pleasant experience, dealership is not at all pushy and very cooperative. It was a great experience, great car and best price I could get in the market. Special thanks to Abdul Scott and staff of Englewood for making this experience worthwhile.. Definitely recommend them to be considered for your next car.

Very friendly and helpful.
I made the appointment on Monday and they had a free spot Thursday. They arranged for me to have a loaner when i dropped off my car.
Everything went as planned, the process was fast and smooth.
