1917 Herbert Strong design is the hilliest course in Nassau County. Members get great exercise, enjoy very fine food and a very challenging golf course. One of the proposed layouts called for elimination of the 3 tallest hills for a flatter 100-acre golf course; the developed 135-acre course includes all the hills and is possibly the best workout next to Bethpage Black. Kevin Patterson has one of the finest caddie crews in the Gold Coast Loop.
