Endless Landscaping were referred to me by a neighbor and they promptly provided me with a weekly quote which made no mention of long grass but I'll get back to that. So I decided to try them out and all went well for the first week so I thought maybe I can get them take a soil sample of my front lawn which has a problem growing grass so they said OK no problem we'll get it tested. Well, I waited and waited...and waited weeks expecting to hear the result and they never made a single mention yet continued to mow my grass less front lawn so I finally decided to cancel them as a service after the third week. Once I received the bill I saw that I was billed with an additional undisclosed charge for long grass and the bill contained an extra weeks charge in it.
After I explained why I cancelled them, after I expressed that I was being charged an extra week, and after I explained that the long grass charge was never disclosed...I received a brief apology and was told it was 4 weeks and was given an option on whether I should pay the undisclosed long grass charge. The only consolation is that Joe called me back an hour later regarding the extra week admitting that I was charged an extra week and gave me my new total over the phone which still included the originally undisclosed additional charge for long grass which was yet again was presented as an option to be paid.
In my opinion It's not good business to drop the ball and then charge people extra. You would think after dropping to ball on my front lawn they would have at least omitted the undisclosed additional long grass charge upfront instead presenting it as an option and it's because of this experience that I am leaving this review for perspective customers.
