I must say this was a fairly pleasurable experience fairly smooth. My girlfriend and i were looking for our first apartment together outside of our parents home. being this is a first for us it could be a scary experience. i must say jansel made it very quick and easy. i went to see the apartment i had absolutely more than enough time to check every thing, i was not rushed at all and i had multiple apartments i could look at in one building so that was a plus. hes a very warming man, one thing that is on the down side is he is extremely busy so if you want the apartment just make sure you stay on top of him and everything will get done in 1-2-3! the rent is perfect for our income which is hard to find. so overall i absolutely recommend choosing nyc empire realty as your realtor service.
