Empire Printing

I ordered over 100 t-shirts from this company in Oct 2015 for an elementary school function that starts in May of 2016. I received the shirts in Feb of 2016 and discovered 26 of them were poorly done. Some had a 3D effect while others were faded. I then discovered that many of these shirts faded out completely after washing in cold water and not even hitting the dryer. I let the company know of this issue and told me they'd replace the 26 shirts. Again, this was in Feb of 2016 and I've yet to receive any replacement shirts. I was told on April 7, 2016 that the shirts would be done by April 12 and delivered that day. The shirts were never delivered and the company hasn't responded to any of my emails to let me know when they'll be done. I'm now down to a week until I need these shirts and the company will not respond in any way to let me know what the status is. Not only am I out the promised shirts (which I have an email stating these would be done), but I'm also out my own money because I had to seek out another printing company to reprint the horribly done shirts. What HORRIBLE quality and HORRIBLE customer service. I would give this company ZERO stars if it was possible. Don't learn the hard way like I had to...stay away from this company!!!
