Broke my TV and my bed and refused to pay for it. Florin is a coward and a crook.

I had the experience yesterday of moving with Empire movers. The two small guys they sent complained the entire time about how their truck did not have a ramp and the company was not good. They required cash/cashiers check before loading and again be unloading. In the mean time their manager called me to say my stuff weighted more than they estimated - mind you no paperwork to show this- and they would not even how up to my new place without me paying an extra $700.00 on a credit card. Then when the movers showed up and saw that my bedroom was o the third floor (I had told this to Empire/National when I first contacted them/told these very men the day before/ but again thier manager called to charge me $75.00 per piece to go to the third floor. Then the movers unloaded everything into my garage and left. I have called my credit card company and am trying to find someone to move my stuff but please hear this now..THESE GUYS are RIP OFF artist and tell lies and cheat. STAY AWAY from them...NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Is the second time when I use this company.I was really impressed by their customer service and quality of service. I moved from UES to Astoria today, and I want to tell you that my furniture is not the lightest one.The third floor walk up seemed peace of cake for them. Vlad and their crew deserve a medal. I certainly command this company.
