When it comes to lower Manhattan area, there is no place like empire luggage that offer many different styles and choice of brand name items. They carry most of the hi end company's latest style Backpacks and luggage, also whats worth mention here is their 5 star sales staff. They are patient and cool with customers and most important they know their products in the store.

I have been frequenting this store since it began operation more than a decade ago. The reason why I kept going back - besides the friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selections, and good discounts on off-season and closed-out items - is the warm customer service experience that you only get from mom-and-pop stores such as this one.
The last item I purchase from this store is a North Face Backpack, at the recommendation of staff, and the backpack has served me admirably well.

Amazing experience, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I was looking to compare carry on luggage, their inventory was more than expected. Pricing was very fair, big discount on high end, far better than other stores and web retailers. Well worth the visit, I will return.

This store has a great selection of luggage including many different brands.
The store manager is very helpful and knowledgeable and help me to find
something perfect for my travel need at an incredible price!
Everything was organized and on sale. Great selection.
The prices are usually the cheapest in town, and they have a wide variety
of styles and colors.
