Salesman came on a weeknight to accommodate our schedules which was perfect. Low pressure sales pitch, provided us with all the options and pros/cons. Installers came on a Saturday to accommodate our work schedules. Notified us 1 hour before they arrived so we could plan our day. Installers were great. Quick, professional, courteous. Did not make a mess and removed old carpet.

I love that they were neat and on time. Also very patient, respectful and understanding as the carpet was for my elderly mother.
